Brutal misspelling in the Family Ties episode description

It read "Alex DEFILES his mother on his 18th birthday". That would be an inappropriate birthday gift by Elyse Keaton. It was meant to be "defies". I emailed the people at TV.com.

I know this doesn't answer the question of why I was watching an episode of Family Ties. I have no excuse. Especially after seeing the episode description.
