Alexander’s First Stand

Alexander standing up for the first time. I’m so blessed to have his first time standing, his first steps, and his first words…”Daddy” as not just memories, but videos while we are apart. 

I might be “Papa” now that we’ve been apart these past 5 years and you no longer understand or speak English, but I was your daddy when you needed me the most as an infant. 

I’ll never change how I treat you as a parent: if you fall down, I’m there to listen to you and your pain, but I’ll always be the one to support you with these reminders, that you have to always try, and you might fall down, but it’s the trying that matters most. Never give up, buddy! I’ll always be here to support you!
