FATHERS THERAPY
At Counseling Today, we help fathers transition through and post-divorce by treating divorce for what it is: the loss of a future you thought you would have.
Our sessions are aimed at helping fathers navigate divorce from the perspective of grief counseling. We work with you to not only engage with the emotional aspect, but help build practical coping strategies to manage the loss of the family structure, the anxiety regarding financial issues and socialization difficulties.
